As a guide your cake should be eaten within 5 days but for ultimate freshness I recommend 3 days. If refrigerated, buttercream cakes should be left to come back to room temperature for an hour before serving. We recommend that fondant cakes are stored in the box provided with the cut edges wrapped in clingfilm at room temperature and not in the fridge
Some of our cakes may have non-edible items or toppers on them and we advise removing these before serving the cake.
If collecting we recommend the cake be placed in a clean empty car boot. Please do not travel with the cake on the seat or on someone's lap as the tilt can cause structural damage to the cake. We cannot be held responsible for cakes damaged during transit if these recommendations are not adhered to.Payments
